Our Managing Director

It all started 8 years ago when our Managing Director was in search of an investment. He met and spoke to many agents who were there to just make money out of their customer but there seemed no effort in making customer’s understand the value of the investment. He then took this up as a challenge and studied day and night about the real estate sector. Khalandar would do his 9am to 5pm job and then come home to further understand the real estate market in Hyderabad. After several months of research, he started helping his friends and family in purchasing real estate. He kept doing this as a side hustle while still doing his full time. At one point, he took the next step and started to find potential customer he could help. His passion, aggression, and determination brought him where he is today.
